Refund Policy
RETURNS
All items provided by piegin.com are brand new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to products available through traditional retail and sourced from our verified suppliers and manufacturers.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Customers must return new or unused items in their entirety, in their original intact packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation (original sealed packaging required, together with the corresponding invoice).
In such cases, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to [email protected], including a written description and attached photos or videos.
To process a return, you must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. We will guide you through the return process once your case has been reviewed and accepted under our conditions.
Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of our decision regarding your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

- Contact your credit card provider — there may be a processing delay before your refund appears officially.
- Contact your bank directly, as processing times may vary.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected].
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Piegin cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without a tracking number.
No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where the right of withdrawal applies, Piegin will refund all amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s). If this deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Goods that are inseparably linked to other items.
- Opened goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
