LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalty. Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw within this 14-day window, you have a further 14 days to return the product(s) concerned.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside of the United Kingdom and European Union.

CONTRACTUAL WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

At Piegin, we offer you the ability to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your products. You then have a further 14 days from the date you communicate your withdrawal decision to return the product(s) to us.

For orders containing multiple products, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date of receipt of the last item in the order.

The conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal are detailed below.

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When the right of withdrawal is exercised within the period stated above, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the original delivery costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new, and where possible accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for efficient processing.

If the product has depreciated in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, you may be held liable for that depreciation.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Your communication must unambiguously express your intention to withdraw and reference the order concerned.

Once your withdrawal form or declaration has been sent to Piegin within 14 days of receiving your order, you must return the product(s) to us within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 14 days from the date you sent your withdrawal notice.

Note on deadline calculation:

The day the contract is concluded or the day of receipt of the item is not counted in the withdrawal period.
The period begins at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the close of the last hour of the final day.
If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

If withdrawal rights information was not provided to the customer as required, the withdrawal period is extended by 12 months from the end of the initial withdrawal period. However, if the information is provided during this extension, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the customer receives it.

The burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal lies with the customer.

REFUND

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, Piegin will refund all amounts paid (including original delivery costs) within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal decision, using the same payment method used for the original purchase (unless you expressly agree to a different refund method).

This refund may be deferred until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.

Piegin is not required to refund any additional delivery costs if you expressly chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered on piegin.com.

Please note that purchases made fully or partially using gift vouchers cannot be refunded in cash, by cheque, or by bank card. Refunds for gift voucher payments will be issued exclusively as gift vouchers of equivalent value.

No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

For size exchanges, we will refund return shipping costs up to a maximum of £5.
