SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Piegin delivers to the following regions: United Kingdom, Europe, and worldwide select destinations.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During peak periods, order processing may take up to 72 hours (3 business days).

The choice of carrier and shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, basket total, and destination country.


SHIPPING METHODS

  • Royal Mail / tracked courier (home delivery, collection point, or post office — delivery within 5 to 15 business days depending on destination)

Some orders may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers. In such cases, items may be shipped separately.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, a flat shipping fee of £3.90 applies.

Piegin reserves the right to modify or waive shipping fees for a limited period without prior notice to customers. Current shipping costs are always displayed at the top of every page and at the order confirmation step.

No third party may claim a refund of shipping fees that were in place at the time of purchase.


REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives fully or partially defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

To do so, send us an email at [email protected] including:

  • Proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot of your order confirmation email)
  • Photos of the defective item(s)
  • Your preference: replacement or refund

ORDER CANCELLATION

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us immediately at [email protected].

As the majority of items are processed and/or dispatched within 24 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this window so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed. No cancellation request can be accepted once an order has already been dispatched.


EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product only. Exchanging for a different product is not permitted. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refund details: By default, refunds are issued as store credit.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you must notify us by email at [email protected].

Orders exchanged or returned due to a manufacturer defect will not incur restocking fees. Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Discount codes and gift vouchers cannot be reissued or refunded.


PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank directly.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return a product, please contact us first at: [email protected]

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Piegin cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
